General Shipping Policy
We sometimes require around 3-7 business days to process and pack each order with care if the items ship from our warehouse (regardless of shipping method) and shipping requires on average an additional 3-5 business days, so you can expect to receive your Workwear 3-10 business days after placing your order. Carhartt and the Workwear brand continue to shift U.S. production to support the hardworking men and Women serving and protecting us.
Domestic Orders
All domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Please note that we are unable to ship to a P.O. Box. All APO/FPO shipments will be shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
International Orders
International Shipping Powered by UPS International Service
We have partnered with Zonos International Checkout and UPS International Services to service our international customers.
Choose your international destination in the top right corner of your screen by clicking on the flag and drop-down menu. Curious about duty and tax? Simply add items to your cart and view it. Make sure your flag is selected correctly, click it, and view your real-time duty and tax before checkout! When you are ready to checkout, you will be automatically brought to our global checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs for your shipment.
Upon completion of your order, Zonos will charge your credit card for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods from our store, directly to you via UPS International Services. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are determined by the weight and destination of your order. You will be provided with the shipping cost for your order during the checkout process. We also offer free domestic shipping via UPS Ground for any order over $99.00 when you create an account with us.
Online Ordering with In-Store Pickup
If you live near one of our local Carhartt clothing retail locations in Colorado, you may find it convenient to order your Workwear apparel online and then pick it up in person. Generally, your order will be ready within 1-3 business days of placing your order online. You will be notified by email when your item is ready for pickup. There will be no shipping costs.
Tracking Your Order On Its Way To You
The Workwear Store keeps you informed every step of the way. When you place your order with us, you'll receive an order confirmation containing your invoice by email right away.
Once your order status is in process, that means we are in the process of sourcing your items, we also call this pick-and-pack. When your order is shipped, we'll email you the tracking information, so you can click to view the shipping progress. You can also log into your account with us to view your order status at any time.
