I am 5'11; these are plenty long enough. The rise is a bit longer than I care for; however, it's not uncomfortable. The size chart is accurate (in my opinion). Although they are stiff to start with, I am eager for them to soften up after a few wears/washings. I've already tried them with my silk long johns. They will be plenty warm for all my outdoor chores and when hiking my dogs in the Idaho foothills/mountains.

I ordered these hoping that my long torso was not quite as long as some of the others that also purchased the overalls and had trouble with the straps being to short., Unfortunately that was not the case. A few more inches on the elastic strap would be greatly appreciated. I am 5'7" approx 130lbs (give or take). I ordered the small and have plenty of room left over for layering. In my experience, Lady cut Carhartt's run a little large. If you want a snug fitting pair, be sure to downsize.

Decent. Runs big. I'm 5'8 130. Ordered a small inseam 35. Super baggy on my legs/crotch area. Model must be wearing a tailored size. They aren't crazy heavy but warm for cooler months.

I'm 5'6" about 115 pounds and ordered the small and extra small with an inseam of 32". The extra small was a better fit for me however, the torso seems really short even with the straps all the way lengthened. It feels like you have a wedgie and I don't even have a big butt that's causing the problem lol If the torso section were a tad longer, they'd be perfect!

My brother got these for my graduation present (MSci Geology) and I absolutely LOVE THEM! They are so warm and comfortable! I was worried when I first tried them on that my mobility moving around/bending over would be limited, but after wearing them for a couple hours, they are all worn in already! They fit great! I like that I can insert knee pads and I'm looking forward to doing some gardening soon!

I am 5'6, 130 pounds and a size 0. I got these bobbed overalls because I'm a welder outdoors in -30 or colder. The good thing is that they are warm. But they aren't at all comfortable for a long period of time. The straps are placed too far apart and pull down on my shoulders. But when your a small woman in trades, this is the only choice. So I have started designing my own women's workwear for petite women. If anyone is interested?

It is s great that you are now making these bib Overallls for women. Many of my granddaughter's classmates at the University of Oregon, also majoring in environmental science have these, and she so wanted a pair for Christmas. I can so see her mushroom hunting this spring in them. You made me a hero for getting these, and she does look great in them.

These are perfect in every way except the straps are too long. I need to alter them a full 4 inches on each side to make a proper fit, even with the elastic straps adjusted to be the shortest. I'm 5'4 and l65 lbs. I ordered a size Large, 30 inch length. You're so close, Cartthart! Adjust those straps to be shorter.

These are my favorite working bibs! They are comfortable, fit great and are a perfect barrier between the elements and mud! I wear a size 2 and found the XS to be perfect. I'd love to see them in the near future with secure zip pockets as well as a dark olive green for hunting (hint, hint!)!

I ordered these because they were the only women's work overalls I could find that looked like they would remotely fit me, and I think Carhartt has quality products. I am 5'2" and 105 pounds, so I'm a small woman, but I'm not a midget. I ordered an XS (0/2) in the "short" length. In women's clothing a size 0 short fits me just fine. I had to have 5 inches taken out of the straps and about 4 inches hemmed off the legs. I don't know how there is any way someone 9 inches taller than me could be considered "short". But after $25 in alterations fees they fit pretty well. A little roomy in the legs and middle but that is to be expected for overalls. I have a Carhartt work jacket size XS that is just slightly too big and the arms are just slightly too long, but it's in the right ballpark at least. These were nowhere near the right ballpark. They are quality overalls and will do the job, just definitely size down or be prepared to take them to alterations.

Love the sturdiness of the fabric. But I'm 5'3" and the straps don't tighten up far enough to avoid a dropped crotch effect which interferes with free movement. I also think the fasteners are weird and insubstantial.
